1.Send Us Your Artwork & Information
Please send us your design in .ai or .pdf format. If you are not sure what style to order, please check the website Menu and find our product catalogue or Contact Us for your password to our client section to download our design templates and start the creation process! Our design templates have been designed with you in mind. They are straight forward and easy to use.
2.Fine Tuning And Confirm The Details
We will reply your email as quickly as possible, fine tuning the details to make sure your designs are tailored to your expectations.
3.Pricing
Once design details are confirmed, we will calculate and quote you the accurate prices for both the proto sample order and bulk order.
4.Sample Order
We will send you an invoice for payment before we start the sample. Normally, sample fee will cost you from USD 30-80 per piece, depending on your additional details. (DHL/UPS) Shipping fee for sample is from USD 20-30, depending on your location. Upon we receive the payment, we will start construction on your proto sample, sample usually takes 7-10 days to complete. We will send you the sample photos to get your approval and comments before we ship the sample.
5.Production Order
As you have received the sample and satisfied with it, you want to go ahead with a Production Order. we will send you an invoice for production order before we start the construction and the deposit for production order is 50%. Production time will take 20-30 days depending on the complexity of your design and current schedule.
6. Shipping
We can provide quotations and assist with shipping your goods, you can also use your own Courier account or Freight Forwarder. We will send you some photos or short video after we finish the production order. you will need to pay us the balance before we ship the goods. Shipping will take 3-30 days depending on different shipping modes.
